Where we ship

At this stage, we ship within New Zealand only.

Shipping rates

  • Flat rate shipping: NZ$9.90
  • Free shipping: on orders NZ$89+

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and apply per order.

Processing time

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days from our Auckland warehouse.

During busy periods (such as launches, promotions, or public holidays), processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience and will always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Delivery timeframes

Once dispatched, orders are sent using a tracked courier service.

  • Urban deliveries: typically 1–3 business days
  • Rural deliveries: may take a little longer

Safe delivery

Parcels may be left at the delivery address provided. We recommend using a safe and secure address where your order can be received.

Lost parcels

We know how frustrating it can be when a parcel doesn’t arrive as expected 🤍 If your order appears delayed or hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at help@stedisupport.com and we’ll do everything we can to help.

If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the courier, we’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Damaged items

All orders are packed with care, and glass items are carefully protected to reduce the risk of damage in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll help make it right.

Delivery timeframes provided by couriers are estimates only. While we’ll always support you where we can, we’re not able to guarantee delivery dates or take responsibility for delays once an order has been handed over to the courier.
